Navarasu is a visionary leader in the cybersecurity, IT Security, compliance, process improvement and assurance services industry. His deep OT & IT experience and leadership skills has enabled successful outcomes for the clients, partners, employees and consultants. One of the key challenges that is addressed via this startup includes the ability to design a NERC-CIP attestation framework for a cloud based industrial application that connects to SCADA/ICS systems. Robert Renken is the Director of IT Audit, Risk, and Compliance at Sally Beauty, overseeing the company’s global IT audit and risk management programs. With over 18 years of experience, he advises management on risk posture, compliance, and controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI, and financial system implementation reviews. Robert leads global IT risk assessments, business continuity programs, and reporting to executive leadership and the Audit Committee, ensuring secure, compliant, and resilient IT operations across Sally Beauty’s global enterprise.

Manu Cyriac is a seasoned technology executive with close to 15 years in digital transformation, software engineering, and technology optimization. He has a proven track record of driving innovation and efficiency for some of the most well-respected brands in the industry. As Head of Digital Product and Software Engineering at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Manu has played a pivotal role in scaling digital platforms, optimizing technology investments, and enhancing customer experiences. His leadership has been instrumental in driving traffic and growth through digital channels by incorporating innovative digital strategies. Previously, Manu held key leadership positions at various Fortune 500 companies worldwide, successfully leading several business transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
