Sonja is is a C-suite leader with 20 years of international working experience in the financial sector in Data Privacy and Data Protection. She has managed large teams cross-border in various Corporate Banks and has been a global managing director of Compliance and Data Protection in the Fund Space, before her passion for digital transformation and progress has led her into the FinTech space where she is currently working as EU DPO for Upwork, the world largest marketplace promoting talent.

Matt Halsey is the Senior Director of Sales – EMEA & APAC at Cyren, an international leader in the continuous detection and automatic remediation of email threats. Matt is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy and execution across the regions. Matt has been a successful Enterprise Sales leader and manager for over 30 years, selling security solutions to some of the world's largest networks and organizations. In more recent years, Matt took the opportunity to start managing successful sales teams; they include Lumension, Websense, Appsense, Certes Networks, and now Cyren. Matt began his career in telesales and, with that experience, can handle all the industry has to throw at him.
