Currently, She serves as Head of Data at Mr. Cooper Group, the nation's largest mortgage servicer with a $1.5T+ portfolio, where she was the enterprise's accountable executive for data strategy and business transformation, driving innovation and enablement across Servicing and Originations to unlock business value and operational excellence. She also played a key executive role in a complex, large-scale M&A integration with Rocket Mortgage. Earlier in her career, she held senior data and technology leadership roles at Capital One, where she leveraged data to drive operational excellence enablement, and at CBRE, where she drove enterprise data strategy, brought more than 200 Fortune 500 clients onto data platforms, and established data as a direct commercial differentiator. As the global lead for Google Cloud’s Partner GTM Practices, Pallab Deb drives partner engagement across Data Cloud, AI, Security, Infrastructure, and Workplace Transformation to cement Google Cloud as the top partner-centric hyperscaler. With over 20 years of experience, including leading Wipro’s global Data, Analytics, and AI business, Pallab brings deep P&L and sales expertise to his work building and scaling service portfolios. Since joining Google Cloud in 2019, he has incubated GSI and ISV ecosystems and pioneered the Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA) framework to accelerate Data and AI momentum in the mid-market. Additionally, Pallab serves as a Board Advisor at CapitalG, where he helps portfolio companies maximize value through strategic system integrator and channel partnerships.
