Cybersecurity teams don’t have a visibility problem—they have a prioritization problem. The Risk Operations Center is emerging as the place where teams cut through the noise, connect the dots, and decide what actually matters.We’ll bring together a small group of leaders for a candid roundtable on how cybersecurity leaders are putting this into practice—what’s working, what’s not, and where the model is headed. Afterward, we’ll head to a private suite at the San Francisco Unicorns cricket match to keep the conversation going, with a live look at strategy and decision-making playing out on the field.
