Reading the Field: Making Smarter Cyber Risk Decisions

Cybersecurity teams don’t have a visibility problem—they have a prioritization problem. The Risk Operations Center is emerging as the place where teams cut through the noise, connect the dots, and decide what actually matters. We’ll bring together a small group of leaders for a candid roundtable on how cybersecurity leaders are putting this into practice—what’s working, what’s not, and where the model is headed. Afterward, we’ll head to a private suite at the San Francisco Unicorns cricket match to keep the conversation going, with a live look at strategy and decision-making playing out on the field.

The evening continues in a private suite at the cricket match, where conversation and connection carry on in a more relaxed, social setting. Set against the backdrop of live gameplay, the experience offers a natural extension of the discussion—bringing together strategy, timing, and decision-making in a dynamic, real-world context.
