Gopal Bhat is an award-winning technology leader with experience in leading four startups through product and technology build, with successful exits through IPO and unicorn acquisition exits. Gopal’s recent success was building a Marketplace for Sports Card collectibles and leading it through successful acquisition by Fanatics. Gopal’s prior success involves starting a Gartner recognized technology transformation methodology and selling that to IBM, CTO at startups, and CIO at Rakuten. Prior to Rakuten, Gopal held similar leadership roles at Ebates (acquired by Rakuten) and AVG (IPO exit) – an antivirus company where he helped start-up level companies grow their technology teams and evolve application platforms to scale for hundreds of millions of customers. He held senior technology architecture leadership roles at Electronic Arts and Ebay in the past and holds MBA from San Jose State University.

Amanda Hua is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience designing and building large-scale distributed software systems. As Senior Director of Software Engineering at Anywhere Real Estate Inc., she leads engineering initiatives that leverage AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, and data-driven platforms to deliver high-impact digital products. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Amanda is passionate about mentoring teams, advancing innovation, and driving business results through high-quality software and exceptional user experiences. She is also an active advocate for diversity in tech, contributing to organizations such as AnitaB.org and mentoring women in engineering communities.

With over 20 years of experience, Cooper Chien is a seasoned enterprise technology executive who has held senior leadership roles at Amazon and Huawei. Currently serving as CIO of AC Future and COO (Technology & Operations) of AC Tech, he oversees IT governance, information security, and operational strategy across affiliated organizations. Cooper specializes in building durable, auditable systems within high-trust, regulated environments. His leadership philosophy centers on calm execution, clear accountability, and mentorship, focusing on developing engineers into leaders who can scale decision quality independently. He is particularly dedicated to the responsible application of advanced analytics, prioritizing evidence quality and transparency over technology for its own sake.
