Most banks, insurers, and NBFCs already run AI in production but often on platforms that cap performance, raise cost, or slow the shift to newer models. Migrating as-is captures only part of the value. This intimate round table brings together senior BFSI leaders for a peer-level conversation on moving beyond a simple lift-and-shift: using the migration to AWS as a chance to adopt stronger models, re-architect for scale, and unlock better outcomes across risk, customer experience, and cost.
