About Me

Jisoo Lee is a Managing Director at BNY overseeing Global Data Center Services, Enterprise Private Cloud, AI Infrastructure Engineering, Batch/Data Transfer Operations and Workspace Transformation Services. He is responsible for leading the organization’s private cloud infrastructure investment, service delivery and operations while maintaining the highest uptime, performance and resiliency. He has more than 20 years of experience managing and engineering elegant solutions for diverse line of businesses at leading financial institutions. Prior to joining BNY, Jisoo was the Engineering Executive at Bank of America responsible for delivering technology solutions across Consumer lines of business. In this role, he led the solution engineering team to bring digital client transformation and innovative platforms in Contact Center, Financial Center, Fraud/Claims and ATM Technologies. Prior to this position, he was responsible for establishing a holistic system monitoring platforms for Next Generation Online & Mobile Banking, serving the needs of more than 48 million consumer and small business relationships. While at Bank of America, Jisoo authored over 40 patents and received Top Inventor Award. Earlier in his career, Jisoo was responsible for Infrastructure and Application Support for Capital Market’s middle and back office operations at Citigroup. Prior to Citigroup, he was at Lehman Brothers, and began his career as a network support engineer at Bankers Trust.
