What Does it Take to Make Hybrid Work - Work - and Support Your Mission?

When the world stopped for a global pandemic, Public Sector couldn't. While many private sector organizations had the luxury of waiting to build a hybrid work strategy, the public sector had to build it real time.

Every Public Sector organization now has as part of its mission the mandate to meet the growing demand for flexible working models, while delivering secure and seamless experiences for both employees and constituents.

Yet not all technologies are equal in providing these secure and seamless experiences that can also be managed regardless of where someone works or how they work. Each piece of your infrastructure requires that all possible points of entry are secured, including your technology for meetings, messaging, and calling that are so vital to your operations.

In this session, you'll learn about:

  • Building for your workplace now, while planning for an ever-changing hybrid work landscape
  • Collaboration technology considerations to create inclusive experiences, securely
  • Security with a distributed workforce
  • Creating an environment that drives employee satisfaction and retention
  • The realities of multi-vendor interoperability

There is no "One Size Fits All" for Hybrid Work in the Public Sector

In the post pandemic era, hybrid work is the new status quo. But one-size does not fit all when it comes to hybrid work strategies - especially when it comes to the public sector. Hear from your peers about their unique journeys - both their successes and what they wish they'd known sooner. Then engage in an informative discussion with peers and industry experts about best practices, considerations, and what you can learn from both private and public sector experience with creating a successful hybrid work roadmap - with security and compliance at the core.
