Cheri Glass, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is vice president of Employee Experience for Baptist Health a full-spectrum health system, which employs more than 23,000 people in Kentucky and surrounding states. Previously, Glass served as vice president of Human Resources for Baptist Health Medical Group, which encompasses the system’s employed providers; Baptist Health Home Care; and Baptist Health Community Care, the system’s value based care arm. Glass has more than 25 years of HR leadership and experience in Louisville, most recently as vice president of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources & Benefits for Signature Healthcare. She also has served as assistant vice president of Employee Benefits for BB&T Insurance Services; as the market practice leader, chief human resources and administrative officer for Fetter Printing Company; and as director of human resources for AAA of Kentucky. Glass holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration/personnel administration and industrial relations from the University of Louisville. She and her husband have been married for 36 years have two children and are currently planning for the marriage of their daughter. Maxine L. Legall, MBA, MSW, CPXP, has served as Chief of Diversity and Inclusion at the Jewish Board. Previously she was the Director of Patient Experience & Cultural Transformation at Mount Sinai Morningside. Maxine earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University, where her concentration was Health Service Management. She earned a Master of Science from Columbia University School of Social Work, where she focused on Advanced Generalist Practice and Programming. Christopher LaCoe, vice president of virtual health for Penn State Health, led the growth and development of telehealth at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He develops the strategy and direction of virtual care offerings across the health system, in close coordination with system leaders, physicians, and operational and technical teams. LaCoe has served in various roles within Penn State Health over the past 32 years. Most recently, he served as vice president of operations at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, where he was responsible for telehealth, in addition to other service lines. LaCoe oversaw the launch and growth of the Penn State Health OnDemand app for virtual care and, during the pandemic, guided the adaptation of telehealth technology and training to offer virtual care experiences across the health system

He is the chief technology officer and vice president for information technology at Northwell Health, New York's largest healthcare system. Prasad has a career-long record of accomplishment spanning information technology, clinical technology, and biomedical program development, infrastructure/architecture planning, solution engineering, and enterprise-wide integration. He has consistently demonstrated repeated success delivering innovative, ground-breaking clinical information technology systems, solutions, and infrastructure models to enable dramatic expansion of clinical services, biomedical capabilities, and patient service capacity. He has directed best-practice projects and enterprise change management efforts to ensure continuity of mission-critical clinical systems serving the highest caliber of patient diagnostic, monitoring, and therapeutic support. He consistently collaborates with executive and clinical leadership teams to align all technology initiatives with short- and long-range business and needs, clinical demands, and regulatory compliance requirements. He serves as an end-to-end liaison to all business units, forging outstanding stakeholder relations, building cross-functional consensus, and facilitating technology adoption. Prasad's pioneering work in clinical information technology research resulted in the first networked physiological monitoring system for acute care, distant patient care using telemedicine, computerized brain monitoring system, sleeping brain monitoring and diagnosis, and application of robotics in medicine. He successfully established the first information technology innovation center at Northwell Health in New York. This innovation center is a sandbox for the 66,000-strong Northwell clinicians, scientists, and staff to think differently. The center produced the first 3-D printed prototype of an artificial limb that enabled a wounded veteran to swim again. The center excels in using commoditized technology to empower patients to care for themselves and successfully tested the first unmanned air drone delivery of an emergency first aid pack. Dr. Michael Cratty is a Chief Medical Officer for a health system and is dedicated to safe, high quality, cost optimized, value based patient care. He is recognized as a leader in Hospital Medicine with 20 years of clinical experience. Dr. Cratty completed a residency Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the Penn State University College of Medicine. He also completed an M.D. and PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology at West Virginia University. He is skilled in data analysis and research. He presently focuses on an evidence-based disease specific, multi-disciplinary approach to patient care across the care continuum through a clinically integrated network. Robert J. Rosati, PhD is Chair of the Connected Health Institute & Vice President of Research and Quality at the Visiting Nurse Association Health Group (VNAHG) in Holmdel, New Jersey. Dr. Rosati is responsible for implementing and evaluating new technology initiatives at VNAHG. He is also responsible for quality improvement, analysis, reporting of clinical outcomes and conducting research related to home and community-based care. Dr. Rosati’s healthcare experience has been in varied research, quality management, education and administrative roles.
