Redefining the Banking Operating Model with Cognizant and AWS

Banking leaders are moving beyond AI pilots to redesign core journeys around autonomous execution. Across retail and commercial banking operations, customer identity, lending, wealth, payments, and FCR operations, agentic transformation connects fragmented workflows to drive straight-through processing.
