Current role is to direct a program of audit work, assessing and reporting on risk and trends within Citi's Global Functions Technology Services group. To manage a team of 19 Auditors in New York and Tampa with direct responsibility for their career development, motivation and remuneration. Additionally, to liaise and effectively communicate with business senior management on all matters related to technology and application functionality for our AML, Compliance, Finance and Tax portfolios. To spearhead our goal to forge deep and trusted relationships with key business stakeholders in all regions to ensure an audit approach that is independent yet transparent and collaborative. I am an invigorating staff manager that can bring out the best in staff, an area I operate extremely successfully and the results of my team and their job satisfaction are testimonial to this. I have a keen eye for change to match strategic direction and anticipate emerging risk, and have a proven record of accomplishment in this area when it comes to delivery on these tasks.
