I am adept at leading and maintaining vision, strategy and interoperability programs that have improved Physical and Cybersecurity convergence. I have mobilized multidisciplinary teams and implemented strategic redundancies. Achieved continuous Cybersecurity evolution through the implementation of diverse leadership teams. Led high functioning hybrid teams in the deployment of enterprise-wide information risk management and risk-based security programs from the ground up.

My background includes identifying, evaluating and reporting on information security risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. I build and cultivate business partnerships while fostering a shared vision that supports enhancement of processes, technology integration and the application of cybersecurity principles that are predicated on a risk management framework. Additionally, I excel at building scalable products, solutions and capabilities while advising and partnering with C-Level executives and stakeholders guiding technology strategy development, in alignment with organizational needs, objectives, and vision.

I also champion diverse talent acquisition and development, mentoring high performance teams that deliver maximum quality in standards of performance and program delivery. My staff enjoys an open-door policy where I encourage collaborative thinking and ideation. VJ Viswanathan is a veteran global technology executive recognized and awarded for technology innovation, capability transformation and inclusive leadership. Most recently, VJ is the founding partner at CYFORIX, a global cybersecurity research, advisory & strategy firm delivering solutions to public and private sectors. He serves as the CEO at TORQE, a specialized due diligence, advisory and technology services firm delivering value through analytics and automation. VJ is also the co-host of ELEVATEINTEL, a podcast series at the nexus of technology, social and defense.

With over 25 years of Enterprise technology, Cyber Security, Privacy, Compliance and Risk Management experience, VJ has a detailed track record of designing, implementing and leading highly successful programs, products & services at multinational brands spanning CPG, Telecom, Media, Supply-chain & Finance segments.
As a strategic thought leader, VJ has delivered the first of its kind "Supply Chain Security" & “Omni-channel Risk management” frameworks. As a published author and featured keynote speaker at global industry events, he approaches disruptive digital paradigms with innovation, creativity and active collaboration with his key industry peers, national & international law enforcement and defense groups.

VJ is an active advisor, investor at select incubators & accelerators groups. As a strategic advisor to VC & PE firms, he specializes in developing market analysis, competitive product road map and guides in opportunity mapping. As a Board member and subject matter advisor to CEOs and Corporate directors, VJ evaluates and audits cyber security program for veracity and operational effectiveness.

VJ is passionate about animal rights and giving back to the technology & security industry. He has created a rescue & foster care group for large breed dogs. He is actively engaged with academic institutions and purpose driven professional groups like ‘Minorities in Cyber security’, where he serves as the Board member and chair of mentorship programs to develop the next generation talent through coaching and facilitating scholarships for cyber security education.

Kumar has 15 years of experience in the enterprise security and log management space leading product development efforts at ArcSight and SumoLogic. He has a passion for helping organizations improve the efficacy of their security operations, and personally witnessed the limitations of existing solutions in helping SOC analysts detect threats buried deep within mountains of alerts and events. This frustration led him to co-found LogicHub™ to empower cyber analysts by building intelligence automation, not just analytics.

Most recently Kumar was Co-founder and Vice President of Engineering at Sumo Logic. Previously, he was the data architect at Mint.com which was acquired by Intuit. Kumar was also one of the early engineering leads for the analytics and solutions team at ArcSight, and saw the company grow from zero revenue to IPO. Kumar earned his M.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University and B.S. in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur.

Jason is an experienced senior executive with over 2 decades in various aspects of business, specializing in: information security, risk governance, crisis management, technology consulting, outsourcing and operations. He is currently the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Cognizant Technology Services supporting their global business. Prior to his current role at Cognizant, Jason was a Deputy CISO at Accenture where he managed a global team of more than 100 people operating across seven countries. His primary responsibilities included: Cyber Response, Forensic Investigations including eDiscovery, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Threat Hunting, Red Team Exercises, Cyber Threat Intelligence and cyber metrics and automation. Jason developed Accenture’s Cyber Response program and all functions within it over a seventeen-year period. During his tenure he was also instrumental in the creation of Accenture’s overall Information Security Program. Jason holds certifications from ISACA, ISC2 and Open Text/Guidance Software. He has presented at industry recognized conferences and local law enforcement information sessions over the past ten years. He has served on advisory boards for: Symantec, McAfee, Digital Shadows and FireEye/Mandiant. Jason received his undergraduate degree from DePaul University in Chicago.

Kevin’s background includes former CISO roles at a global law firm and Fortune 500 home builder and spans nearly 24 years in IT, with over 18 of them in Information and Cyber Security, responsible for building and leading teams focused on incident management, operations, DLP, mobility, forensics, compliance, policy, privacy, and business continuity across public and private industries and in highly regulated environments. Kevin’s passion for security is only exceeded by his passion for people and service, and he has had the pleasure to present extensively within the Information Security community, while serving on several advisory and governance boards. In March 2015, he was nominated for and selected by his peers as the ISE® Southeast People's Choice Award Winner. Kevin holds a B.S. in IT from UMass Lowell, and an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University, while maintaining CISSP, CISM, and CISA certifications.

Mr. Richard Rushing is the Chief Information Security Officer for Motorola Mobility LLC.; Richard participates in several corporate, community, private, and government Security Council’s and working groups setting standards, policies, and solutions to current and emerging security issues. As Chief Information Security Officer for Motorola Mobility, he has led the security effort by developing an international team to tackle the emerging threats of mobile devices, targeted attacks, and cyber-crime. He organized developed and deployed practices, tools and techniques to protect the intellectual property across the worldwide enterprise. A much-in-demand international speaker on information security Richard has presented at many leading security conferences and seminars around the world.

Cole Sinkford is GE Renewable Energy’s Global Chief Information and Product Cyber Security Officer, responsible for cybersecurity across the organization. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of cybersecurity strategy and operations for Renewable Energy products and enterprise. Prior to his current role, Cole served as the Deputy Chief Information Security officer of Renewable Energy, establishing Renewables’ standalone Cybersecurity capabilities. Prior to that, Cole spent 3 years as part of GE’s Corporate Audit Staff, leading numerous projects and audits across the Digital Technology and business environments. Cole began his career as an Aviation DTLP located in Cincinnati, OH and now resides in Chicago, IL. Cole holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Chief Technology Officer - Digital, at Raytheon Technologies (RTX), responsible for the technical interests of the company's digital and Global Information Services including the implementation of RTX's technology strategy and vision, and the integrity of the company's infrastructure and resources.
