Develop and lead implementation of SIB’s IT strategy and budget, by evaluating organisational needs, evaluating trends and anticipating systems and technology requirements for users and organisation Prepare cash-flow projection and reports on a quarterly basis for Head of Finance, Accounting and the board. Develop and enforce SIB’s information systems and technology policies and processes and ensure their implementation is statutorily compliant Custodian of SIB Technology Inventory Register and prepare 7-year Replacement Schedule and Budget for MD’s approval. Recruit, manage, develop and monitor performance of employees within Information and Technology Department.
