Designing a Modern GRC Stack: Identity, Access, and Continuous Trust

As enterprises accelerate cloud adoption and AI-driven development, CISOs are under growing pressure to prove that identity and access controls actually reflect real risk—at all times, not just during audits. Boards, regulators, and customers increasingly expect continuous confidence, yet many security programs still rely on fragmented identity data, manual access reviews, and point-in-time validation that can’t keep up with change.

This executive roundtable brings together senior security leaders to discuss how organizations are rethinking the design of their GRC stack by connecting identity, access, and continuous trust. The conversation will focus on how leaders are navigating tradeoffs between speed and assurance, clarifying control ownership across teams, and reducing audit and customer review friction—without adding complexity or slowing the business.

Participants will exchange perspectives on what’s breaking at scale, what’s actually working in modern environments, and how senior security leaders are evolving their approach to deliver defensible, always-current assurance to stakeholders.
