Anthony has 20+ years of balancing strategic initiatives and financial discipline to drive change management and optimize performance of for profit and non profit public health systems in New York, Chicago and New Jersey. He is a Turnaround Specialist who restored three large teaching hospitals to regulatory compliance in record time through use of best practices and industry standards and has been repeatedly tapped to solve organizations’ most complex challenges. As a FEMA-trained Emergency Preparedness Expert he has successfully led hospitals through three weather-related events in three years. Operating the facilities with minimal staff and no adverse patient events.

Ivan Durbak is CIO at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center. In this role he leads an IT organization that supports the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center community, including two major hospitals, two nursing homes, a large emergency room and a large clinic ambulatory environment that sees nearly one million patients a year
