Beth Fatusin runs the North America East Digital Native Business for AWS. Beth has worked with the world's leading hi-tech firms to help customers leverage digital technologies to drive efficiencies and enter new markets to help transform their business. She has built and scaled sales teams to accelerate growth and incubate new industry segments for large organizations.  She has been recognized for her transformational leadership, business sales achievements, and influential style. Beth has been awarded Sales Leader of the year and Sales Mentor of the year award in recent years.  Prior to Amazon, Beth was in sales management positions in both Public sector and commercial segments at Cisco. Beth holds a Master's in Business Management with a focus in Entrepreneurship, and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.   Given her background, Beth is passionate about advancing women in tech and sales. In her spare time, she loves traveling and trying new cuisines. Beth has two sons, and splits her time between NYC and Long Island.
