Munish Kumar is executive vice president and chief information officer of Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Technology. He is responsible for providing all aspects of technology solutions and support for WIM business lines: Wells Fargo Advisors, Wells Fargo Private Bank, and Wells Fargo Investment Institute. With a passion towards developing truly agile organizations, structured around products, Munish is leading the transformation journey within WIM Technology focused on delivering top class experiences to our Clients and Advisors. Munish joined Wells Fargo in August 2020 from JP Morgan Chase where he was the managing director of digital sales, marketing and personalization, and analytics technology. Munish has a bachelor of technology and computer science from Punjabi University in India. He currently resides in New Jersey.

Shady Taha Vice President, Information Technology Shady joined Ergotron in February 2023 and oversees Ergotron’s global information technology strategy. This includes day-to-day technology operations, as well as operational improvement opportunities and strategic technology initiatives. Prior to Ergotron, Shady worked for 14 years at RAYUS Radiology, a market leader in outpatient radiology services. He most recently served as the Vice President of IT Operations & Support where he was instrumental in identifying and optimizing areas where technology can add value, drive business growth, and improve operations. Previously, Shady worked in Europe and the Middle East, leading IT operations, enterprise infrastructure, project management, and innovative design of products and systems. Shady holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cairo University in Egypt and a Master's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom.

As a future-oriented information security executive my key strength is coaching and educating cybersecurity companies on listening to and interpreting the pain-points and priorities of enterprise customers. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of advising several cyber entrepreneurs who are now thriving. On the heels of their success, I was looking for a new challenge. Mike Connly has broad career experience as an IT executive, board member, and advisor. After receiving a degree in Mechanical Engineering with High Distinction from the University of Minnesota, Mike started his career at Hewlett-Packard in a variety of sales and marketing roles over 14 years. In 1997, one of his customers, The Saint Paul Companies, recruited Mike for an IT executive position. At The Saint Paul, Mike worked through a variety of expanding roles, ultimately being named Chief Information Officer in 2002. Following the acquisition of The Saint Paul by The Travelers Companies, Mike joined UnitedHealth Group. During the next 15 years, he held several positions, including Chief Technology Officer and CIO of Optum. This included responsibilities for enterprise infrastructure, enterprise architecture, software engineering methods, quality, information security, UnitedHealth Group’s India and Philippines operations, and the Innovation, Research and Development team. In late 2013, Mike led the Optum infrastructure team that helped stabilize the healthcare.gov website. He retired from UnitedHeath Group in 2019 and formed Connly Solutions, LLC. Mike was approached to join the Board of HealthEast in 2013. He was appointed chair in 2017, and led the Board through the merger with Fairview Heath Services. Mike currently serves on the Fairview Board, the board of Village Bank, the advisory board of Digineer, and is an advisor and consultant to a number of startup and established technology companies. Previously, he was a member of the Board of Common Bond Committees, and was chair of the Minnesota High Technology Association.
