Adam Fuoss is a Vice President of Pre-Sales Consulting for Aruba, A Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company, and is responsible for the Software Defined WAN (SD-WAN) pre-sales system engineering and architecture organization, and its operations within the Americas.

Prior to joining Aruba, Adam served in multiple roles at Silver Peak, most recently as Vice President of Technical Sales where he led the Americas system engineering organization and global SE program. He was a member of the leadership team who successfully pivoted the company to SD-WAN, ultimately resulting in the acquisition by Aruba in 2020. Prior to Silver Peak held other positions at Emulex Corporation and NEC Corporation of America.

Adam’s experience and expertise spans Networking, Virtualization, Storage, Software and Cloud.

Igor Volovich is the founder and chief strategist at Cyber Strategy Partners, a Washington, DC‐area cybersecurity leadership and strategy advisory practice focusing on enterprise risk management, cyber defense, governance, and compliance, and national critical infrastructure protection, serving large-scale multinationals, public sector agencies, and emerging segments such as Smart Cities, Internet‐of‐Things (IoT), Industrial-Internet-of-Things (IIoT), and Smart Grid.

Mr. Volovich has recently served as Senior Advisor, Enterprise Security Architecture and Strategy, Office of the CISO at the United States Postal Service, advising senior executive leadership on cyber risk management strategies, program development, capability maturity improvements, and governance and compliance for the Postal enterprise including IT and OT environments, creating and guiding transformative initiatives across the cybersecurity program.

Previously, Mr. Volovich served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Romad Cyber, an emerging-stage endpoint security startup, where he led product and market strategy efforts leading to two consecutive Security Shark Tank® wins for innovation and product strategy, and development of $30M in net-new enterprise business.

Mr. Volovich served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Vice President of Global Information Security at Schneider Electric, a $32‐billion 185,000‐staff industrial automation and energy management multinational, leading the firm’s information security functions in the Americas region. Prior to joining Schneider through a merger, Mr. Volovich served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Vice President of Information Security and Cyber Risk Management of Invensys plc, a global $5B market leader in the fields of industrial process control, automation, and safety systems (ICS/DCS/SCADA).

Before entering private practice, Mr. Volovich served as a senior member of the Corporate Incident Response and Intrusion Detection Team at Microsoft’s Trustworthy Computing (TwC) organization, where he was responsible for the architecture and management of security controls deployed in protection of Microsoft’s global information assets, as well as internal investigations and incident response functions.

Additionally, Igor has volunteered as a STARS Mentor at MACH37 (mach37.com), the nation’s first cyber-focused startup accelerator operated in partnership with Virginia’s Center for Innovative Technology (cit.org) and CIT GAP Funds, advising founders and leaders of emerging cyber technology firms on product development, market positioning, and business strategy.

Mr. Volovich has worked with and advised some of the world’s leading firms including United States Postal Service, Schneider Electric, Invensys, Microsoft, MSN, IBM, Altria/Philip Morris, Standard & Poors, AT&T Wireless, Freddie Mac, FINRA, Estée Lauder, US Department of Defense, US Department of Labor, British Telecom, Pep Boys, Toyota Financial, Aviva, Asurion, as well as tech startups such as Romad Cyber, TeraBeam Networks, eCharge, and LivingSocial.

Mr. Volovich holds the CISSP designation from ISC², Certified in Risk Controls (CRISC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designations from the Information systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Mr. Volovich is a member of ISC², ISACA, InfraGard, NIST Cloud Forensics Working Group, US DHS ICS‐CERT, Alliance for Gray Market and Counterfeit Abatement (AGMA Global), and the Airborne Law Enforcement Association (ALEA). In addition to his professional work, Mr. Volovich volunteered as a Flight Officer with Virginia Airborne Search and Rescue Squad, serving the Northern Virginia and DC area communities, attaining the rank of Lieutenant, and serving as Chair of the Membership Committee and a Fundraising Committee member.

Robert is the Vice President, Information Security and CISO for Invitation Homes. He is responsible for leading the Information Security program for Invitation Homes. Responsibilities include establishing a sound security strategy, governance, operations, service delivery, business integration and end-user awareness training. Robert’s career spans over 20 years in leading global teams in the delivery of IT Security operations. Robert has been influential in the leadership, design of security operations and delivery at First American Payment Systems, Dell Services, Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co., Bell Helicopter, Textron and Ameritech. Robert also has significant consulting experience obtained while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Robert has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Michigan State University and a Master of Science Degree from Walsh College of Business and Accountancy. Robert has completed the Executive Leadership Program at Thunderbird - Gavin School of International Management. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO), ITILv3 and a Certified Six-Sigma Green Belt.

Izze has spent 15 years working for Shell, 11 of which in Canada and the last 4 years out of Houston Texas. His career has spanned cyber security, systems admin, ERP consultant and as of recent general IT management focused across Upstream Exploration, Onshore Shales, a stint in divestments – leading the divestment of the oil sands business in Canada and now focused as a IT Program Director in Trading & Supply. Personally, Izze is married to Maria, has 3 young kids and has a passion for the game of golf.

VJ Viswanathan is a veteran global technology executive recognized and awarded for technology innovation, capability transformation and inclusive leadership. Most recently, VJ is the founding partner at CYFORIX, a global cybersecurity research, advisory & strategy firm delivering solutions to public and private sectors. He serves as the CEO at TORQE, a specialized due diligence, advisory and technology services firm delivering value through analytics and automation. VJ is also the co-host of ELEVATEINTEL, a podcast series at the nexus of technology, social and defense.

With over 25 years of Enterprise technology, Cyber Security, Privacy, Compliance and Risk Management experience, VJ has a detailed track record of designing, implementing and leading highly successful programs, products & services at multinational brands spanning CPG, Telecom, Media, Supply-chain & Finance segments.
As a strategic thought leader, VJ has delivered the first of its kind "Supply Chain Security" & “Omni-channel Risk management” frameworks. As a published author and featured keynote speaker at global industry events, he approaches disruptive digital paradigms with innovation, creativity and active collaboration with his key industry peers, national & international law enforcement and defense groups.

VJ is an active advisor, investor at select incubators & accelerators groups. As a strategic advisor to VC & PE firms, he specializes in developing market analysis, competitive product road map and guides in opportunity mapping. As a Board member and subject matter advisor to CEOs and Corporate directors, VJ evaluates and audits cyber security program for veracity and operational effectiveness.

VJ is passionate about animal rights and giving back to the technology & security industry. He has created a rescue & foster care group for large breed dogs. He is actively engaged with academic institutions and purpose driven professional groups like ‘Minorities in Cyber security’, where he serves as the Board member and chair of mentorship programs to develop the next generation talent through coaching and facilitating scholarships for cyber security education.
