Jincy James leads Marketing Strategy and Business Development at New York Life, focusing on new growth initiatives for brand building, client acquisition and retention. Her team works with partners across the Marketing organization (including media, channels, brand, content, research and analytics) and her counterparts in other areas of business to ensure our Brand and Marketing strategy aligns to business goals and is lockstep with the latest trends in the industry. Previously, she was part of New York Life’s Corporate Development and Strategy team and was instrumental in implementing one of the biggest post-merger integrations in company history. Her background is in management consulting, having started her post MBA career at The Boston Consulting Group. She was awarded numerous times in her career for her accomplishments notably winning NYL’s President’s Award in 2024 and Ultimate Client Connect award during her BCG days. She is also a core member of the Asian Pacific ERG at New York Life actively promoting Diversity Equity & Inclusion at her workplace.
